The Colorado-Wyoming Chapter of the National MS Society serves more than 100,000 individuals and family members affected by multiple sclerosis (MS).
Our mission is to mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS.
Multiple sclerosis, an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system, interrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body.
We provide extensive programs, support and services to help people and their families:
Our signature fundraising events – Walk MS, Bike MS, Hike MS and MuckFest MS – along with our community leadership events generate nearly $6 million annually for critical research, community programs and services.
MS research is progressing at a remarkable rate, with more potential therapies in the pipeline now than at any other time in history. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is the world's largest funder of MS research.
